Thames Valley Police continue to benefit from NDI’s PNC Xpress Mobile

A mobile working solution has transformed the effectiveness of frontline workers at Thames Valley Police. BlackBerry Smartphones have enabled instant access to key information for community officers whenever and wherever they are. Officers at Thames Valley Police are using NDI Technologies’ PNC Xpress Mobile application giving them browser based access to PNC via their BlackBerry Smartphones. PNC Xpress Mobile enquiries include NE, VE, VK, DL, VM, VC and PE. With NDI’s unique “Composite Enquiry” an officer can quickly carry out a single combined NE, VE (or VK), DL and QA with a summary of results returned for all transactions.
Officers have cut travel time to and from the office by 30 minutes a day, freeing up time to spend in the community and deliver a better, more responsive service to citizens.
