Key Benefits:

  • Breaks down result data to its simplest form to get the most detailed information.
  • Look@TE allows you to see the identity of the actual record viewed as opposed to just what has been searched for.
  • Visual representation of activity in various formats.
  • Provides statistical information for HMIC reports.

Look@TE – the Local Transaction Log Analyser

Because your Tlog information is held locally, the need for requesting #TE information and statistics from Hendon is a thing of the past. For all PNC traffic that goes through NDI gateways you will have direct access to the information in force anytime you wish.

What’s more, with the unique NDI interface, viewing and analysing couldn’t be simpler. You can analyse by time & date, by user, by transaction, by record entered or any combination, in fact whatever way you want. View the results of your analysis on screen or export your analysis to documents for comprehensive reports on who is doing what on your PNC. And of course as you hold the information, you decide the retention period. Keep it for 15 months in line with PNC own retention period, keep it forever or anything else in between... it is up to you.

Permissions to view

  • Power Auditors can query all transactions, activity, logon attempts and analyse in a variety of ways including by user, transaction, and record viewed.
  • Transaction Auditors can retrieve information of specific transactions and searches without having full access to all the logged information.
  • PNC Users can query their own local TE, and get details of any searches they themselves have made. All other queries are unavailable to the PNC User.

  • Local TE searches mean that you can now see which Nominal, Vehicle or Drivers licence have actually been viewed as opposed to just what has been searched for.
